Opportunity Wales Implementation support
Opportunity Wales not only helps SMEs determine how eCommerce can develop their business vision, but also helps to realise it. Implementation Support provides expert consultancy to businesses through their Opportunity Wales adviser, at an exceptionally attractive purchase price.
The Implementation Support service can really propel a business forward. It is designed to assist clients in the implementation of the eCommerce recommendations that have been made earlier by their Opportunity Wales adviser.
If you are unsure of how you can make eCommerce work for your business, Implementation Support will take away the guesswork. Your adviser will assist you in achieving pre-defined eCommerce goals for your business, and between yourselves an agreed Implementation Support package can be selected. This is a bespoke service and the solution will be unique to the requirements of your business. This does mean that the duration and type of Implementation Support will vary tremendously from one business to another.
All parts of the Opportunity Wales service are designed to be tailored for each specific business and their needs. Importantly, the only aim of your eCommerce adviser is to help you and your business. Usually, the support is based around delivering the recommendations shown in the eCommerce review. Before Implementation Support starts, your eCommerce adviser will discuss with you the support that your business will require, and also plan with you how the support days will be used and what they will achieve. So, from the very outset, you know how much the service will cost and what you can expect in return for your investment.

“The eCommerce Implementation Support Opportunity Wales gave me was absolutely brilliant, provided by people who were on the ball and delivered exactly what I needed. Their support enabled me to focus on the positive aspects of Active Music Services, and some very exciting developments have come from it.” Dinah Pye, Active Music Services, Aberdare
Implementation Support is a charged service, but is heavily subsidised through Opportunity Wales’ own funding. It means that clients can receive consultancy services at a level of professionalism equal to commercial consultants, but at a fraction of the cost.
