Access Keys
Some Web browsers provide a facility called Access Keys. They allow a user to move around a Web site through use of the keyboard. The Opportunity Wales Web site follows the format commonly used in many other UK Web sites, including those provided by the UK Government.
Availability and use of Access Keys is dependent on the Web browser and operating system that you are using.
In Mozilla-based browsers including Netscape 6 and later (all formats), and version 4 of Internet Explorer (PC only):
Hold the ALT key (PC) or CONTROL (Mac) and press the number/letter of the relevant key to visit the corresponding page.
In versions 5 and later of Internet Explorer (all formats):
Hold the ALT key (PC) or CONTROL (Mac) and press the number/letter of the relevant key. This highlights the corresponding link on the page. Press RETURN to visit the link.
In Opera:
Press SHIFT then ESC, followed by the number/letter of the relevant key.
