Opportunity Wales Client Aid

Client Aid is the name of the funding package that Opportunity Wales provides to its clients. If you intend to purchase items defined as fundamental in improving your business through eCommerce, we can provide financial assistance towards them.
Having received your first eCommerce review you will then be able to qualify for Client Aid. Items suitable for Client Aid, are those that will facilitate a step up the eCommerce ladder.
The ladder is a simple methodology that Opportunity Wales uses to distinguish levels of eCommerce adoption, and provides a realistic goal for business to achieve in order to ensure that eCommerce can work for them. Qualification is also subject to the Opportunity Wales adviser working with the client, to agree that the products and services will facilitate advancing up a step.
Following or during a visit with the client, it will be agreed with the Opportunity Wales adviser the expenditure that will turn the report’s findings into reality.
