Who are we?

The Swansea Bay IT Support Centre has helped over 1000 companies in the Swansea, Neath and Port-Talbot area tackle their ICT issues. Whether it be a Web site, networking or simply purchasing a new computer system, Swansea Bay IT Support Centre can help.

The Centre provides impartial advice to SME’s on a wide range of ICT and e-commerce related issues. The service provides support and guidance as to how simple IT applications can improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the small to medium sized business.

Where are we?

The Centre which is located in the heart of Swansea with satellite offices in Llandarcy is fully equipped with new and emerging technologies. The Centre offers Satellite Broadband, Contact Management Systems and other software and hardware applications that would be of benefit to a local company. Drop-in demonstration facilities offer the chance to experience these technologies prior to making any financial commitment to buy.  

What can we do for you?

Through the delivery of a number of programs such as Opportunity Wales we can help local businesses create solutions for a wide range of IT challenges.

The Centres team of fully qualified and experienced advisors, through an e-commerce review will help identify a way forward for your business. Further support is then available by means of Implementation Support Days where your advisor will help you achieve your goals through means of  hands on support. Financial assistance may also be available to SMEs looking to improve their e-commerce abilities.

The Centre provides technical advice in plain English on topics from selecting computer hardware through to updating and maintaining your website and marketing it effectively. So if you are looking to set up a network, choosing accountancy packages or just considering the impact that ecommerce can have on your business, the Swansea Bay IT Support Centre can help.

Other essential services include:

  • Free seminars and workshops on a variety of IT topics that have been tailored to meet the specific needs of SMEs in the Swansea, Neath and Port-Talbot area
  • A variety of IT information packs, product reviews and lists of local IT service providers e.g. Web site Designers, Internet Service Providers etc.
