Our staff will be able to advise you on any aspect of the service, provide further information, and send out any literature.

You can call us between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. An answerphone is available outside of these hours. We welcome enquiries in either English or Welsh.

The Centre uses a state-of-the-art customer information and management system, backed by highly-trained, highly-skilled staff. Every member of our contact centre staff has undergone intensive training to ensure that they are extremely knowledgeable about setting up and running a business. Our staff handle everything from general queries about eCommerce and how it can help a business, to specific information on Opportunity Wales, and booking an eCommerce review appointment with an adviser.

Another activity that the Centre undertakes is to carry out research and benchmarking about the uptake of eCommerce across the region. This ensures that the Initiative keeps abreast of the latest eCommerce issues that small and medium-sized businesses are facing, while providing all Contact Centre staff with the right training to give the advice and support that small businesses need.
