Firstly, let’s introduce you to Max. He runs a small business, and is keen to expand. He really likes the appeal of eCommerce and Internet technologies, but is looking for real advice as to how they can help him.

Max has sought some inspiration from friends and magazines as to how the Internet helps businesses by saving money and time. He found out about the Opportunity Wales programme, and called to find out more. Bethan, a local Opportunity Wales adviser, came to visit Max to find out how his business works, and where he’d like to go next.
