Get Better Use From eMail
Introduction

Electronic mail (eMail) is the most heavily used application on the Internet, and is becoming a common means of communication for businesses, regardless of their size.

eMail has revolutionised the way that businesses communicate, due to its low cost, ease of use and the speed. It is now common practice for customers to communicate with suppliers from all parts of the world, requesting information, support, or help, for the products that they have an interest in or have purchased.

The increasing use of eMail means businesses are becoming reliant upon it for day-to-day management tasks. However, this brings its own drawbacks as users are not always aware of the additional facilities within most eMail packages which, if used, would make use of eMail easier and more effective.
