Introduction

The first article On-line Payments gave an overview of a Payment Service Providers with an Acquiring Bank and a Payment Service Provider as well as their basic costs and some of the advantages and disadvantages of using their services. This article will look at Bureau Services, Person to Person Services, Post Paid Accounts, Prepaid Cash Cards as well as other issues when considering an on-line payment provider.
