"Opportunity Wales" refers to the trading name of Better Business Wales (Holdings) Ltd.
"The Opportunity Wales Web site" refers to the Opportunity Wales public Web site and those areas deemed to be exclusively available to users that have submitted their details in order to register for access to select services, and is hosted at the same domain name at which this document originally resides.
Opportunity Wales is funded in part by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, and through partners listed in the partners section of its Web site.
ACCESS AND USE OF THE OPPORTUNITY WALES WEB SITE IS PROVIDED BY OPPORTUNITY WALES. IT IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Conditions of service
1. These terms and conditions apply to the full duration of your use of the Opportunity Wales Web site and covers the Opportunity Wales Web site only. It does not cover any other service provided by Opportunity Wales whether on other Web sites or elsewhere.
2. The Web site is provided by Better Business Wales (Holdings) Ltd trading as Opportunity Wales and may be used for information purposes only. BY USING THE SITE INCLUDING ANY ACT OF DOWNLOADING MATERIALS FROM IT, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS NOTICE. Information collected from users by Opportunity Wales via the Opportunity Wales Web site
7. Opportunity Wales permits the membership of individuals to obtain accounts to perform identified actions through the Opportunity Wales Web site. These accounts are used to provide certain services, details of which are provided to the general public through the Opportunity Wales Web site.
8. Opportunity Wales collects specific information on its users in parts of the site where users are asked to submit information on themselves. These areas are:
- Registration of personal information to access certain services, as outlined in paragraph 7
- Forms where users can contact Opportunity Wales
- Forms where users can contribute to Opportunity Wales content. In these cases, Opportunity Wales reserves the right not to publish user contributions should they be deemed inappropriate to the content or potentially defamatory to Opportunity Wales customers or Web site users.

10. Membership records held by Opportunity Wales regarding access to closed areas of its Web site are processed regularly under the following types of output:

14. All material that is owned by Opportunity Wales cannot be copied, republished, downloaded, posted, attached to other documents, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for the following uses:
- Personal and individual use;
- Non-commercial use involving references but not copying or downloading of Opportunity Wales content;
- A use agreed with Opportunity Wales, by commercial organisations who are customers of Opportunity Wales.
15. Opportunity Wales may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of all or part of the Opportunity Wales Web site, including (without limitation) the maximum number of days that discussion forum postings, weblog postings, event information, literature or other uploaded content will be retained on the site. Users agree that Opportunity Wales has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any such material.
