How to listen
There are a number of different ways in which you can listen to the eCommerce Today podcast.
The easiest way is to simply click on the 'Listen or download now' link. This will download the file and will start your default media player.
Alternatively, you can right click on the link and then save the podcast file on to your computer. This will allow you to listen to the podcast at a time that is convenient to you. You can then listen to the podcast on your computer or, if you have an MP3 player, you can copy the file onto it and listen to the podcast when you're out and about
If you want to receive new versions of the podcast as soon as they are released you can subscribe to our podcast RSS feed (www.opportunitywales.co.uk/apps/podcast.xml). If used with suitable podcatching software (such as the free ZiePod program), this will download new episodes for you automatically.

This is a re-recording of a presentation that I gave at the Vale of Glamorgan Hotel on June 21st. The presentation was part of the first of our Helping Business Grow events. Further events will take place all around Wales later in the year.
In the presentation I look at how you can use new technology such as RSS feeds and podcasts, as well as the more usual eMail marketing, to build a relationship with your customers.

In this edition of the podcast we look at all aspects of web hosting including choosing your hosting plans, bandwidth and disk space, types of email accounts and whether you should use your broadband connection to host your site.
We also hear from Laurence Winmill who's an international speaker and motivational sales trainer. He's been well and truly bitten by the eCommerce bug as you'll hear !
